Why Paraclete Partners Got Started

Running a small to mid-sized business is difficult.

Staying one step ahead of the competition, developing new marketing strategies, dealing with nonstop customer issues, making sure the monthly expenses do not exceed the monthly income, trying to collect late payments from customers, keeping up with all the new government regulations…it can feel overwhelming.

As hard as you try, you find yourself not having enough time in the day to give all of these issues the attention they need.

How am I so familiar with all of the issues you face each week as a business owner?

For 14 years I ran small- and medium-sized businesses. I, too, faced the challenges of keeping all these balls, and many more, in the air. I’ve been in your chair, and I know what keeps you awake at night.

After managing small- to medium-sized companies for 14 years, I found my passion changing to the human resource side of the business, where I spent the next 14 years of my career.

I have created entire human resource departments, handled company mergers, and dealt with everyday employee issues. There isn’t much I have not seen or experienced.

We work in partnership with supervisors and employees to create solutions for issues by

  • developing a strong team ethic
  • working with staff to create an atmosphere where everyone shares together in the provision of quality service
  • communicating organizational mission values, and
  • striving to meet common goals.

By providing these services to my clients, employee retention will increase and overall morale in the organization will improve; consequently, productivity will increase and your organization should increase its strength and profitability.

When employees achieve their potential and managers become leaders, organizational effectiveness increases significantly. I gain great satisfaction in seeing these positive transitions take place.
